Estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days.

This delivery estimate includes:

  • Order processing time (1 business day)
  • Carrier transit time (5-10 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier processing, holidays, customs checks, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery status of your order. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@noruhome.store.

We can only update a shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Delayed Orders

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, holidays, customs checks, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders that are delayed but still in transit are not eligible for an immediate refund.

If your order is still moving through the carrier network, we may ask you to wait until the estimated delivery window has passed before reviewing the order for a possible resolution.
