Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery at support@noruhome.store . Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Return Handling

In many cases, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund without requiring the item to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@noruhome.store with photo evidence, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost. If you do not report the damage to us within this 24 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the item (if required) and place a new order.

Order Issues

Orders that are delayed but still in transit are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, items not in original condition, or items returned without packaging may not be accepted.
